At times, the inner world can be mysterious and distant and resulting behavior hinders forward progress.  Dream analysis is one method used to understand the psychological stresses and strengths that reside in each of our psyches.  Working with dreams can illuminate what is happening inside us. Dreams and their images become a door to understanding both the psychological pressure and the inner resources and strengths upon which we can rely.

As a reflection of our personal psyche, dreams reflect and influence daily behavior and decision-making.  Sometimes, dreams depict dysfunctional aspects of our lives.  At other times, dreams may reveal empowering personal strengths previously unknown to us, generating resources for moving forward into a fuller and richer life.  “Decoding” the dream may help to provide understanding of life conflicts. Understanding dreams is one way to access the pressures and power within the Self.

Using the metaphors and symbols contained in your dreams, we can work together to untangle and perhaps de-mystify your dream images, to understand your dream content and message.
